As you are likely aware, the ongoing spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) and remains a serious public health concern around the globe.

At the local level, businesses and individuals have been encouraged to follow health and safety precautions outlined by the WHO and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to reduce the potential for transmission.

At this time, all 2020 summer classes have been canceled. Please check back for an updated schedule should we reopen.

We will continue to monitor this situation and follow the guidance of the WHO and the CDC, along with local, state and national authorities.

Thank you for your understanding, your compliance and your continued support. We have undertaken these measures with the health and wellness of our guests and staff in mind and will continue to act in their interest.

10 Session Punch Pass: $120

Pilates Classes

Pilates classes at Alyeska tone and strengthen your core and entire body with a traditional method mat and barre exercises. Each class will be customized to the season, activities, and experience level of attendees.

Yoga Sessions

Alyeska is hosting a series of 75 minute Vinyasa flow yoga sessions. Vinyasa flow links breath and movement, strengthening and opening the body while calming the mind. Expect the unexpected in this fun and creative practice! Explore the breadth of poses and sequencing that are part of this broad and diverse style of yoga, including twists, inversions, arm balances and restorative poses. Sometimes poses are held and sometimes the flow is more like a dance. Music and poetry are used to deepen the experience.

Vinyasa Flow Class

Expect a sweaty, challenging practice that is suitable for both total beginners and experienced practitioners. Refrain from eating anything more than a light snack two hours prior to practice and wear clothing that is comfortable and stretchy. Please arrive ten minutes early for class to set up and to make the instructor aware of any injuries or conditions you may be working with.

Private Yoga Lessons

Expand and evolve your practice with one-on-one private yoga lessons uniquely chosen to meet your specific needs. Private yoga sessions provide a setting in which your individuality can be addressed and through consistent private instruction students can expect to gradually and effectively increase strength, endurance and range of motion. Lessons are based upon availability and advanced booking is required.
