Your Safety Matters

We’re proud to be following protocols adherent to mandates put forth by the Municipality of Anchorage over the last few weeks and months which are in place to protect the health and wellness of the citizens of the local area.

Social Distancing & Reduced Capacity

Pursuant to municipal orders and EO-13, we will be requiring face masks be worn inside all public spaces at all times.

Pursuant to The Municipality of Anchorage mandate, EO – 19, beginning March 18 2021, all Resort restaurants will serving at a reduced capacity to ensure social distancing.

  • Room Service and Tramway Café will be operating daily.
  • Sakura Asian Bistro will be open Thursday to Monday at 5 p.m.
  • The Pond Café is open for breakfast and dinner daily.
  • Bore Tide Deli and Sitzmark will be available for on-mountain dining.
  • Aurora Bar & Grill will be open for dinner Fridays and Saturdays at 4 p.m.
  • Seven Glaciers remains closed at this time.

As we carefully operate the hotel, we have made a few changes to our operations to ensure help keep everyone safe. So things will look a little different. But the warmth and quality of service remain the same.

Following all health authorities guidelines, and in partnership with hygiene and safety experts,  we have updated & redefined our sanitization protocols, as well as our increased cleaning frequency.

We have added physical distancing signage throughout public spaces, and partitions at our front desks. And we have invested in rigorous training for our team to keep everyone safe and well informed. Hand washing protocols have also been increased, ensuring our team remains as safe as possible. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the resort for your safety and convenience.

Our doors are open, but if you’re not feeling well, please stay home, we’ll be here for you when you’re feeling better. Please wash your hands and take reasonable precautions and practice good social distancing to protect yourself and others around you if you plan on visiting us.

As hospitality professionals, we take these decisions very seriously. As precautionary measures we’ve decided to take the following actions effective today.
